Gendron Earns All-Big Sky Honors

Northern Colorado Tennis Player Ben Gendron earned All-Big Sky Tennis Honors
OGDEN, Utah--,The Big Sky Conference released its All-Conference tennis teams for men's and women's tennis on Friday afternoon.
Ben Gendron (Flower Meadows, Texas) earned first team honors on the men's side. It is his first time ever earning the first team spot. Last year Gendron was second team and the previous two years he was an honorable mention.
As the teams #1 single player he compiled a 12-10 overall record, including going 7-3 in Big Sky play. He was also apart of the Bears #1 doubles pairing compiling a 9-11 record for the season.
"Ben has been a great asset for our team his four years at UNC," head coach Mike Phillips said. "This is a well deserved honor for him and I am very proud of the way he played all year and helped lead this team. We will miss him now that he is graduating."
